1. Processing & Delivery Time:

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipment. Processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or busy periods. We'll notify you promptly in the case of any unforeseen delays.

Orders are shipped through an external logistics partner (Delhivery or similar) and we use standard shipping at this time, which means shipments are delivered within 5 business days to any destination across India. 

2. Shipping Rates and Carriers:

We offer shipping through several carriers to provide the best service for our customers. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The available options and corresponding rates will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within India. Please note that some remote areas may have limited or no delivery services available.

4. Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order completion. Please note that these are estimations and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. International Shipping:

We are not shipping internationally at this time.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

7. Undelivered Packages:

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if no one is available to receive the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Items:

We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist and initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

9. Holiday Shipping:

During holiday seasons, please anticipate potential shipping delays due to increased demand and carrier processing times. We recommend ordering in advance to ensure timely delivery.
