Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to start a return?

To start a return, follow the steps below.
  • Send us an email at admin@cliqbasket.com with the following details.
    • Subject Line: Return of Purchased Item(s)
    • Message Body:
      • Name of the Item(s) to be returned.
      • Photo Copy of Original Invoice, which you should have received along with the item(s) in the box.
      • Reason for return
      • If defective, photo/video attachment of what you think is the defect in the item(s) delivered.
      • Replacement Requested? Yes/No
  • Allow us at least 3-5 business days after sending the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll respond to your email with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Shed No.1, IDA, Phase-3, Patancheru, Hyderabad - 500032. The shipping label that we send you should have this address already. So, you do not have to worry about where to send the shipment.

What happens after your return the item(s)?

Please allow us at least 5 business days after returning the shipment. Our team will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you had requested a replacement in the email, we will do that immediately upon receipt of the old item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch via email at admin@cliqbasket.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
